MAXSS Data Access and Policy

Access

MAXSS data are distributed through FTP or  HTTPS. No login or password are required :

• HTTPS access : https://data-maxss.ifremer.fr/
• FTP access: ftp://ftp.ifremer.fr/ifremer/cersat/projects/maxss/

The data are free and open. For citation please refer to the DOI and citation statement provided in the product page details of MAXSS catalogue.

Visualization

The products produced and distributed by MAXSS project can all be visualized at: https://maxss.oceandatalab.com.

The visualization tool allows overlay of the different earth observation variables and associated storm tracks.

Each storm selected in the Atlas can also be accessed through the dedicated storm selection page at: https://maxss.oceandatalab.com/resources/atlas.html
